Kardashian's publicist, Ina Treciokas, confirmed Tuesday that the couple are engaged.
E! News first reported that West proposed to Kardashian Monday — her 33rd birthday — in front of family and friends at the AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants.
Kardashian gave birth to the couple's first child, daughter North West, in June.
A photo posted on Instagram shows a screen at the stadium that reads "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" — in typical West font — above a black-clad orchestra. Another shows Kardashian showing off a diamond ring with a smiling West behind her.
The Kardashian clan has a series of reality shows on E!, and, after initially saying it didn't have cameras at the stadium, the network said late Tuesday it did have cameras there to capture the moment.
Khloe Kardashian seemed to celebrate on Twitter when she wrote: "Tears of JOY!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!" She also tweeted: "Wow!!!!! Am I dreaming??!?!" Kimye were quiet on Twitter.
Kardashian was previously married to NBA player Kris Humphries. Their divorce was finalized in June after they were married for 72 days in 2011. Her first marriage was to music producer Damon Thomas in 2000.
West is currently on a tour with Kendrick Lamar. "The Yeezus Tour" will visit the SAP Center in San Jose on Tuesday night. Earlier Monday, he attended the Hollywood Film Awards in Beverly Hills, presenting Steve McQueen with the Hollywood Breakout Director Award.

Support for marijuana legalization has surged since 2000 (AP)
According to the latest Gallup survey, 58 percent of Americans favor legalizing marijuana for recreational use.
Gallup says the poll culminates a year of “unprecedented success” for marijuana advocates and is almost certainly the harbinger of future legalization efforts. Support for legalization has climbed more than 10 percent in the past year alone.
“Whatever the reasons for Americans' greater acceptance of marijuana, it is likely that this momentum will spur further legalization efforts across the United States,” Gallup says in its analysis of the poll.
And as Gallup points out, the 58 percent support for legalization is a stark contrast to the group's first legalization poll in 1969, in which only 12 percent of respondents said they favored making marijuana legal.
Gallup also found that 38 percent of respondents said they had personally tried marijuana at some point.
The largest area of growth has been among independent voters, 62 percent of whom now say they support legalization. Sixty-five percent of self-identified Democrats say they also support legalization. Republicans remain the only significant voting block opposed to legalization with just 35 percent support such an effort.
There is a also a direct correlation between legalization support and age, with voters over 65 representing the only age block opposed to legalization. Fifty-three percent of voters 65 and older say they oppose legalization, compared with just 31 percent of voters aged 18 to 29.
An August memo from U.S. Deputy Attorney General James Cole stated that the federal government will not attempt to interfere with Washington and Colorado’s efforts to implement marijuana legalization laws passed by state voters.
That decision recently was criticized by Craig T. Steckler, president of the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Steckler used his introduction of Attorney General Eric Holder at a public address this week to criticize the administration’s stance on marijuana laws.
"We have entered a slippery slope that will be hard to turn away from," Steckler said, adding that his organization’s relationship with the Justice Department was akin to a “contentious marriage.”
While not directly responding to the policy criticisms, Holder did joke in his response, “"We may need marriage counseling."
Currently, 20 states and the District of Columbia have passed laws legalizing medicinal marijuana use for patients who receive written permission from a doctor.
Several states are planning legalization ballot initiatives set for 2014, including California, Alaska, Arizona and Oregon. Other states, including Rhode Island and Hawaii, are planning legalization initiatives for 2016 to coincide with the next presidential election.
A recent poll found that 65 percent of voters in California favor legalization, a move that has been endorsed by Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom and the American Civil Liberties Union.
“Because of Colorado and Washington, it’s created a cannabis tidal wave across the country,” marijuana activist Mike Jolson said in an interview with Bloomberg. “We want to capitalize on this wave.”

WASHINGTON (AP) — Mom-to-be closing in on her due date? The nation's obstetricians are getting more precise about exactly how close makes for a full-term pregnancy.
On average, a pregnancy lasts 40 weeks, counting from the first day of the woman's last menstrual period. That's how a due date is estimated.
A baby is considered preterm if he or she is born before 37 weeks of pregnancy. Until now, a "term" baby was defined as one born anytime from 37 weeks to 42 weeks, a few weeks before or after the calculated due date.
Now the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is refining the definition of a term pregnancy to make clear that even at the end of the last trimester, a little more time in the womb can be better for a baby's health and development.
"Weeks matter," said Dr. Jeffrey Ecker of Massachusetts General Hospital, who chaired the ACOG committee that came up with the more specific labels. Since babies' outcomes can differ, "let's not call it all the same."
The new definitions, released Tuesday in the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology:
—Early Term, between 37 weeks and 38 weeks 6 days.
—Full Term, between 39 weeks and 40 weeks 6 days.
—Late Term, the 41st week.
—Post Term, after 42 weeks.
In recent years, doctors' groups and the March of Dimes have stressed that elective deliveries — inductions and C-sections scheduled without a medical reason — shouldn't happen before the 39th week of pregnancy. Research shows that babies born at 37 weeks have more of a risk of complications, such as difficulty breathing, than those born just two weeks later.
Ecker said the new definitions will help doctors communicate that message.
The March of Dimes welcomed the change, saying it "eliminates confusion about how long an uncomplicated, healthy pregnancy should last."

When it comes to the best screen size for a device in this segment, HTC's and Nokia's product development departments seem to be in agreement. The Lumia 1520 has a 6-inch screen with a full HD resolution, while the One Max has a 5.9-inch screen with the same resolution.
Size and weight
Since the two models have roughly the same screen size, the weight is also close. The One Max is slightly heavier at 217 grams versus the Lumia 1520's 209 grams. The overall size of the two devices is also similar; the One Max comes in at 164.5 x 82.5 x 10.3 millimeters compared to 162.8 x 85.4 x 8.7 millimeters.
Processors
The two smartphones may have similar measurements, but they differ on processors. Both have quad-core processors from Qualcomm, but the Lumia 1520 is powered by the more powerful Snapdragon 800 at 2.2GHz compared to the One Max's Snapdragon 600 processor at 1.7GHz.
Storage and RAM
Buyers of the HTC One Max can choose between 16GB or 32GB, while Nokia's spec sheet only lists a 32GB option. Both vendors will let users expand the integrated memory by up to 64GB using a MicroSD card. The amount of RAM available to applications is the same at 2GB.
Camera
The camera on the Lumia 1520 has a 20-megapixel resolution compared to the 4-megapixel camera on the One Max. The sensor on the Lumia measures 1/2.5-inch and it has a f/2.4 aperture compared to a 1/3-inch sensor and a f/2.0 aperture on the One Max.
Price
The Lumia 1520 is $749 before taxes and subsidies. The One Max sells for about $790 without VAT or subsidies in the U.K.
Other competitors in this space include the Galaxy Note 3 from Samsung Electronics and the Sony Xperia Z Ultra.
